Answer: Your items will be shipped once Evilsports has received and processed your order. Normal processing time is 24 hours except weekends. Please see the map below. Each number on the map represents how many days your order will take to reach you using UPS ground. For example, if you make an order from California, your order will arrive in 6 days, from Maine, 2 days. Keep in mind UPS does not count weekends as ship days.
Question: What do I do if I ordered the Wrong ball?
Answer: Email buggs@evilsports.com and ask for a RA# to return the wrong balls. Go to Evil Sports and order the correct ball. When we receive the returned balls we will provide a full refund of that order. Keep in mind you will only get credit if all 12 balls are returned in the original plastic packaging.
